This is where I post my daily training schedule, so that others who may be interested in my training plan can view my progress. I will do my best to update this page of the website at least twice per week.

1994: Vermont City Marathon (Burlington, VT) - PR of 3:54:23

1994: Maine Marathon (Portland, ME): 3:59:49

1995: Boston Marathon (Hopkinton, MA) - official finishing time 4:04:08

1996: Boston Marathon (Hopkinton, MA)

1998: Boston Marathon (Hopkinton, MA)

2003: New Jersey Marathon (Sandy Hook. NJ) - 4:38:19

2003: Humpy's Marathon (Anchorage, AK) - 4:21:07

2003: Marine Corps Marathon (Arlington, VA) - 4:49:23
2008: Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon (Oklahoma City, OK) - 4:22:15
2008: Amica Insurance Breakers Marathon (Newport, RI) - 4:58:24

While I've run other marathons, but consider Oklahoma City was my "first" all over again; because I had an angioplasty and two stents placed in my right coronary artery in May of 2007.

In fact, were it not for the inspiring sacrifices of these brave men and women, I probably wouldn't have even considered running this race. Now that I have, and I'm feeling GREAT, I am in training for the Memphis/Saint Jude Marathon on December 6, 2008 and the Vermont City Marathon on May 24, 2009.
